Lakshya Trust is a community-based, community-led public charitable trust registered in 2000. The organization strives to achieve sexual tolerance, gender equity, and to empower and mainstream sexual minorities—specifically Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Hijra, and Koti (GBTHK) populations—in the western Indian state of Gujarat.

 Lakshya Trust is chaired by Manvendra Singh Gohil, the Crown Prince of Rajpipla. He is a globally recognized LGBTQIA+ activist who came out publicly in 2006 and has dedicated his life to advocating for sexual minorities, safe sex practices, and HIV/AIDS education.

We provide free and confidential healthcare services across Vadodara, Surat, and Rajkot. Our initiatives include HIV/AIDS awareness and testing, STI screening and treatment, distributing condoms, promoting safe sex, and providing specialized medical support for sexual minorities and their partners.

We run a dedicated Counseling Centre providing socio-legal guidance on domestic violence, marriage disputes, dowry, and other legal matters. Headed by senior social worker Shobha Shah (reachable at 9898161157), our specific women's cell handles disputes, with priority and reduced fee structures for LGBTQI individuals.

The Hanumanteshwar LGBTQA Community Center (Queer A+ Community Campus) in Rajpipla serves as a comprehensive resource hub. It offers housing support, weekly social meetings, medical clinic services, vocational and job skill development, computer training, music therapy, a library, and a community kitchen.

The Lakshya Marketplace is a curated online platform where LGBTQIA+ community members, particularly transgender and hijra individuals, showcase and sell their handcrafted goods and services. By buying from the marketplace, you directly fund sustainable livelihoods and support economic empowerment.
